Most suppliers charge penalties. Typical deductions may include airline/tour/hotel fees, any non-refundable items (e.g., promo airfares, visas, insurance, event tickets), plus a small agency handling fee. If your booking is within the supplier’s cut-off window or a no-show, the booking may be fully non-refundable.
Once the supplier releases funds to us, we process your refund within 3–10 business days. Airlines and hotels can take 7–30 business days (sometimes longer in peak seasons) to return funds. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
It depends on the fare/rate rules. Many last-minute or special rates have strict or zero-refund policies. Changes or cancellations within 24–72 hours of travel, check-in, or tour start are often non-refundable. We’ll check your exact rules and advise your options.
